Past: AllBright Members Club
Founded in 2017 by Debbie Wosskow OBE (Founder of LoveHomeSwap) and Anna Jones (former CEO of Hearst), AllBright Club supports women at all stages of their careers, with a particular focus on skills, events and space. They are the connective thread between passion and drive for women at all ages and stages.
On January 2019, Patricia Noble, Circular Economy Institute Instructor and Member of the Board for the Circular Economy Club (CEC), gave an exclusive masterclass to AllBright London members. The members included business professionals from startups to multinationals, in a wide range of sectors.
A circular economy challenges our current ways of thinking to diminish the concept of waste and presents itself as an innovative and stimulating business model to combat our current climate crisis.
The event served to: (1) deepen knowledge in circular economy business models across the supply chain from sourcing all the way through to consumer disposal, and (2) understand how companies are using this to create a competitive advantage. The workshop-style event allowed participants to engage in groups and explore the principles of a circular economy in a specific business concept.
Patricia has also had the opportunity to showcase CEC at various events including the United Nations and the Ellen MacArthur’s Disruptive Innovation Festival.
Patricia holds a background in international business, globalisation and development and has been involved in various CE research in the context of SMEs, business models, knowledge co-creation, developing countries, and green transformations. This enabled her to present at international conferences and have her work published in a Routledge book.
She is also a Linear to Circular Pioneer, accredited by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
