Gioseppo is a shoe manufacturer selling over 3mm pairs per year in over 80 countries. The company has 5,000 clients and 10,000 points of sale, being one of the leading fashion brands in several countries including Spain, where its headquarters reside.
From the beginning 25 years ago, at Gioseppo they knew they wanted to get involved actively with the world around them and offer customers products respectful with the environment.
This training included an introduction to the pillars of the circular economy, as well as a review of the opportunities it offers throughout the value chain, with examples of how it is currently being implemented in other organizations in the sector. Teams worked to identify implementation opportunities specifically in Gioseppo. Each group listed the opportunities, evaluated and prioritized them. Each group had a spokesperson who shared them with the rest of the teams.
