CEC is the non-profit international circular economy network. CEC Hsinchu is voluntarily run by Xiang-Ming Liu to bring the CEC activities to our city.
The CEC Hsinchu network is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about and helping to support the transition towards a circular economy.
